PM Narendra Modi’s 3 Maga Schemes To Approch Acche Din..

In the continuation of make in India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has launched three ambitious new schemes along with their guidelines 100 Smart Cities, the Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation and Housing for All. These three mega projects cover 500 cities from all over the India to achieve the quality of life. The state and Union Territories will have full liberty in approval, formulation and execution of projects as per the issued guidelines.

One of the schemes, Smart Cities project will be based on PPP model that will help a number of cities to turn into smart city.  Since city works as an engine of growth, there are 100 cities that will get selected through a competition through a competition for smart cities scheme. The Smart City project will draw Rs 48,000 crore. Two-day workshop will be organised to understand this scheme in a meticulous manner; mayors, municipal heads, and ministers concerned from the states and their chief secretaries will take part all over the India. To enhance the quality of life, the Smart Cities project has a motto to bring out 24 hours water and electricity supply. Apart from it, ensuring the sewer connection, sanitation and solid waste management would be the major issue.

On the other hand AMRUT Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation and Housing For All projects will draw Rs 50,000 and Rs 3 lakh Crore in the next seven years. Housing For All schemes comes to construct 2 crore affordable houses in urban areas for slum dwellers and for people that are economically weaker.

With releasing these mega schemes, there is a legion of people feeling happy and get assured that Acche Din Aane Wale Hai….. To rejuvenate the lifestyle of urban cities and the people who do not hold good financial positions, these will work in the core.
